Return/Exchange Policy

  • We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed products with original tags within 5 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
  • Refund requests will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the return products.
  • All returns should be sent to I Surfaces, 91 CCA, DD Market, Dha Phase 4, Lahore.
  • Any item that is found to be damaged will not be exchanged or returned.

1. Contact I Surfaces on WhatsApp or at Hello@isurfaces.co and let us know of your return or exchange.

  1. REPACK MERCHANDISE
    Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return are properly packed, so they are not damaged while shipping.
  2. SHIP TO
    Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to the following address:
